Theodore Duplessis-(age:34 CEO of Leviticus Entertainment-Hollywood,Ca.) born and Raised in Lower South Eastern Louisiana(Orleans,Jefferson and Plaquemines Parish). Inherited property and acres of oyster leases from my great grand-father(Italian/French-Creole/African-American) that was polluted by big oil companies, the state of Louisiana and are now useless. Found that New Orleans held little oppurtunity at the time so I relocated to California where I attended college and maintained a managing firm in Hollwyood. Decided to also explore and perserve my Creole culture and heritage by returning to the Creole state and exposing the world to my people's history and experience. After Hurricane Katrina (08/05) it became even more important that natives of the region start reporting and blogging in hopes of shedding light on the real old roots of ETHNIC racism against my heritage in the region and also to highlight the progress and endurance of my people. Consider myself a relayer of information that is blunt, hard core and not sugar coated-so I hope your ready to hear the truth about some hard issues affecting our community.

N. Duplessis-born in New Orleans, La. (33)-grew up in Plaquemines Parish(Buras/Sunrise areas-which were devestated by Hurricane Katrina) Just 5 months back, his aunt's body was found in Port Sulphur after she failed to evacuate from Hurricane Katrina. Holds a JDL and works as an entertainment marketing consultant. Has worked with numerous civil rights and environmental groups. Currently splits time between New Orleans in the Faubourg Marigny area of the city and Los Angeles,Ca. A Louisiana Creole by birth with a background of Italian,African-American,French,Choctaw Native American. N. Duplessis is also a professional jazz/blues musician.
