Privatization has collapsed America & The South. by Nicolas Duplessis
While I voted for Ron Paul, I didn’t appreciate the true ignorance of being an out dated libertarian until I heard Rand Paul (Ron Paul’s Son), the Senate Elect from Kentucky; speak on The Rachel Maddow Show. I understand the doctrines of Libertarianism but they really need to move into the modern age & face the realities that corporations aren’t these Saintly business people, with all of this integrity, that will do what’s right by any community. B.P. isn't even an American Oil Company, have started selling off their La. Assets to Japan, and Rand Paul left us hanging on that issue, during the Gulf Oil Massacre!
When business people, Wall Street, Oil Companies and corporations are made to respect the U.S. Constitution it works! It has worked for hundreds of years but the U.S. Supreme Court, thinks that corporations can re-write our laws, which then take precedence over the U.S. Constitution, fund in politicians and control all of our media! This is why America, will not be here for another 20 years.
Everyone talks about the “Free Market”-well the “free market” has found a way to make everything corrupt and criminal. From Cell Phone Companies, Cable Companies, Cable news, Credit Card companies-they all lower their standards and steps-up their consumer abuses, which mean that there is no free market of choice. Free Market is an illusion. In fact, the more we move to privatizing basic services, the less freedom of choice and freedom of market choices, we have gotten as a people! Lazy, corrupt or no regulations are destroying this country!

The illusion of capitalism in America and the "free market" is simply an illusion. Yes, in theory, if you do not like Citibank, one can go to Bank of America or Wachovia Bank but when Wall Street owns the government, you will get ripped off either way, even though it appears that you have a free market choice, of different banks to deal with. The de-regulation of the media by Bush jr.'s FCC means that we have hundreds of cable channels but they are all owned by four corporations, so really we have no media choice or freedom of information.
(Alabama Republican Rep. Spencer Bachus, actually said that he & the American People are only here to serve the banks instead of the banks serving us! He told this to Alabama's Birmingham News. How much of money is Wall Street now paying these new crop of buffoonSouthern Turn-Coats to sell everyone out? Plus he's a homosexual, so I wonder, who from New York's fraud banking scam crime rings is doing him, to now give him this new anti-American perspective.)
The same goes for newspapers, cell phone companies & oil companies. No one else can get in because these "free market people" pay off politicians, run candidates like Sarah Palin, Bush, John McCain, Jindal, Obama or Joe Biden or flat out places judges on the bench, all in an effort to keep everything owned by a few elites who aren't really regulated at all and many pay a tax rate of under 15%, while we pay 35% in taxes to a government, which these "free market" people, now own and operate! We are indeed slaves of a perverted and fraud version of corporate capitalism.
It is laughable for Americans to still think that you can work hard, create a cell phone application and set up a cell phone corporation that can compete. What will happen, is that you will find yourself in court, based off of a complaint by Verizon or At&t along with their lobbyist, being sued over anti-trust laws and then having to turn over your application, to these huge corporations to market for their profit. The point isn't with the anti-trust regulation, but the "free market" corruption that allows a corporation to force the government to haul you into court, in the first place. The regulation is only a front to a "free market" that is only free for a handful of people & corporations.
Oil Companies(Occidental Petroleum), that were in South America, just two months ago, have now pruchased more land in North Dakota and Southern Texas(3.2 billion dollars worth of American Land and another 30 million on bribes going to elected officials), than the people who live there but yet you people appear to think that Obama is some anti-corporate President who has not given these people an inch, when in realty he's only in office, to bring about a complete "free market" corporate take-over and domination of the United States, where each region is owned by every Multi-national corporation in the world, everyone BUT American Citizens, that is! Too many people are fooled by CNN,MSNBC or Fox News and being distracted from the dire reality of America's future or non future.
Everything can’t be privatized. Already, we have corporate whore puppets, in all branches of our government. From the White House, to Congress, to the U.S. Supreme Court, while we think that we have Big Federal Government banging down on us with a corrupt and incompetent limp wrist, what we really have is a complete corporate privatization of the Federal Government.
Senator David Vitter of La. is blocking a scientist from being appointed on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrationbecause oil companies want Obama to staff their oil whore funded consultants & Carol Browner and Steve Black(as if they arent oil whore enough) to answer questions, which will be written by oil companies, in script form, because Vitter is too dam stupid to know what he is talking about on this matter. This man is a U.S. Senator, so who in their right minds, thinks that he isn’t completely funded by Big Oil & really has an interest in governing the people of La. State? Yeah, that's what I thought. This is how pathetic the United States has become.
As soon as these new Tea Party Republicans got into Washington D.C., they demanded government-run Health Care, stayed in the most expensive hotels and took meeting after meeting with lobbyist, before and after their orientation on Capitol Hill. As soon as, Senator Demint baned earmarks, tea party Republicans like Rand Paul, was against ear marks during the campaign before he was for ear marks after becoming the Senator-Elect!
Rand Paul, is completely off, in his belief system. He is only half the man of his father, Ron Paul. While Ron Paul, at least deals in reality; Rand Paul deals with some dark age 1800's world, that he must be living; within some remote Kentucky cave system.
I can take the emotion out of not desegregating the lunch counters, as Rand Paul has issues with, in the 60’s, because it was just that A LUNCH COUNTER.

Glenn Beck and Ellen DeGeneres, talks about how white people did this and did that for blacks and Civil Rights, but being that Ellen is from New Orleans, she is either ignorant or lying about putting out this narrative that The Civil Rights Act or an abolishment of slavery was a clean break and we all started a new. In fact, nothing the government has done, in way of Civil Rights or the abolishment of slavery (which was done by Southern Plantation Owners)-happened that day, or week, or year or even same decade, after these things went into Federal Legislation.
Slavery was happening into the early 1900’s and segregation still goes on, depending on who you speak to. Segregation was going on in my lifetime and I was born in the 70’s-so the U.S. Government really needs to stop patting itself on the back. And how President Barack Obama thinks that he has claim to any of this history or even these last century whites, is simply foolishness. They present themselves as experts on America, all over tv but they really are only text book learned, which means miseducated.
Now, privatization is the reason that the South lost the Civil War. When it came time to fight with the North, which numerous blacks & mixed raced people, who owned businesses around New Orleans and South Carolina also picked up arms for the Confederate, while the North had the full force of a government, the South had to depend on these very idiotic and down right out-of-touch private owners, to get their act together, which never happened.
Can one imagine, a completely privatized oil industry, where the people along the Gulf Coast had to trust and have faith in B.P.’s former head, Tony Hayward? Yeah. I don’t think so but that’s what Rand Paul is preaching. To be honest, if we had a completely privatize oil company, and they were solely to blame for destroying and killing as many people in La. State, as they already have, I would have shot Tony Hayward directly in the center of his eye. If you want to be privatized with no regulations, then you really have no right to hide behind the laws and "system" when you kill Americans! Get your gun out, take 10 paces and pray!

(Caterpillar Inc & Halliburton are the most law breaking, corrupt and "no borders for America" companies in this nation. 20% of all illegal aliens, in the U.S. can be traced back to scams being run by these 2 companies. So do we really want to privatize everything, including a privatized border that will be manned by private security companies, which are subsidiaries of Caterpillar or Halliburton? Because if you do, then you evidently want the United States to have a Southern border, which starts in Ohio!)
But, we have this guise of regulation, Ken Salazar, Senators, Presidents and a court system that are supposed to be watch dogs, for these corrupt companies, when in reality they are all little Tony Haywards.
In conclusion, why is everyone assuming that a private owner will care about anything more than their own profits, when it comes to making decisions that will utterly destroy and devastate the environment, which must sustain future generations of Americans? And who is foolish enough to not be able to see that our entire government is a private corporation, for special and foreign interest? So, Rand Paul & pro-privatize, no rules, no regulation Southern Hawks, should LOOOOVVVEEEE the America, which we presently find ourselves living in...because it's the same set up that did The South in & now it will do the entire nation in! So, all of you newly arrived last century or first generation people, simply are cluess about how to govern this country!
And one can only hope that people like S.C. Senator Jim Demint, has a head on his shoulders because Rand Paul & David Vitter are preaching the same stupid cycles, again and again.
