The War on Terror A.K.A "Project Completion of the Trans-Afghanistan Oil pipeline"

 

Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline is magically set to be operational by 2014, which is the exact year that Obama is expected to start withdrawing troops but we all know that once the Arabs take control of this oil pipeline, we will either have to fight a life long war for the next 30 years (until we destroy ourselves) or keep American troops in the Middle East forever, while the Arabs start gorilla wars and suicide bombings but either way-this is the info on this Natural Gas pipeline.

So, here goes the time line of this pipe-line mess which is the real motive of why American youths are dying in Afghanistan and the pathetic things is that the U.S. has never successfully pulled off any scheme without it blowing up in our faces.  Iraq is a sinking ship in a sea of American blood.

The Native American 2012 prophesies really do not deal with the end of the world, like it is being interpreted, but a time slot, which spans from the mid 1980's to 2012, when people would reach an awakening about the Earth, Universe and Corrupt World Governments.  This is the same prophesies, which were uncovered 2 years ago in Timbuktu area of Africa.

All of these old writings, written by the ones who came before us, warn that people must take back their lives from the corruption of Government before they end up destroying everyone and everything from sheer greed, self interests and corruption.  The 2012 prophesies also says that if mankind can not manage ourselves, that we will get destroyed from below and above.  That is the REAL 2012 prophesies in a nutshell.

 

Basically, there are those born with a DNA encryption that gets activated in these times, and what sinister Kings, Governments, Lords and Rulers could once get away with, they no longer can continue to lie successfully because our solar system, has literally traveled into a Universal energy field that has enabled certain humans to grasp bad energies, when we are being lied to and manipulated by Government. It has taken 26,000 years to get to this point and we are the lucky souls, living on this planet, at this point in time.  I simply don't understand how people can't feel these energies and see how dark the U.S. and other world governments have been conducting themselves.

The United States has to be a really slow country to have given Bush 8 years in office.  Since the time of Jesus to around 1987, the Earth has pulsed at around 7 cycles a second but in the last 20 years, it has started pulsing at about 18 cycles per second! This pulse is known as the Schuman Resonance and can be measured like one measures seismic activity below the Earth's surface.  That's why we have the internet, info. is quick, days go by faster.  Obama just got in office yesterday and already a year has gone by!  Even though his supporters say that he has only been in office a year, that is more than enough time for people to figure out everything they need to know about him and it was the same deal with Bush but the ignorant, slow moving, dense brain idiots among us-just didn't get that evolutionary leap, for some reason.

Obama talks about Global Warming and how harmful it is but he is carrying on 2 Wars, for the sake of politics, war and profits-which props up other corrupt leaders!  What about the "carbon footprint" and impact, on the Earth, when you drop toxic bombs or the spiritual impact when Black-Water Contractors rape a 12 year old Iraqi girl and the CEO acts like he is a Christan missionary?  Obama can't talk about out dated cars destroying the Earth with CO2 emissions, when he is willing to carry out 2 fraud Wars!  I mean, what's more harmful to the Earth, a 10 year old automobile or a War?  A War for an Oil Pipe Line, which adds insult to injury!

Obama sent Marines to Afghanistan, for this pipeline, last week and today he was prank calling the Gov. of Virginia, and they were joking around on the telephone about each other's wives and the weight of Obama's actions for deploying troops, appears to not even be on his mind at all.  This was the same thing Bush did, when bodies were coming back in body bags by the hundreds from Iraq, he was making jokes at a ritzy black tie party about not having found any Weapons of Mass Destruction! Which most of us knew were not there but there were still some dummies who were holding out for the WMD's. These people are really insane and aren't in step with anything sane or logical. 

Now will some Americans, who have awakened, realize that there is no war on terror but instead a war on our personal God Given freedoms and that these wars are a badly run front for oil corporations, bankers and contractors?  For the ones that do appear to know these things, are we going to be dragged down due to our more thick headed, slow, dumb counter parts in this country, who take a decade to figure out what they should already know but for some reason they haven't evolved properly and remain stuck with an un-evolved mind?

Some people just can't get with the program and in turn, develop these messianic views of simply corrupt politicians like the Evangelicals did with Bush, Republicans do with Ronald Regan,Protestants do with their Preachers, Catholics do with the Pope, Jews do with the stock market or the way many blacks and college kids view President Obama.  It is one thing to love your country but to fall in love with your Government or a politician is a very dangerous thing and a sin, which God warned about dating back to the 10 Commandments and Moses. 
 

It was very disturbing to hear President Obama, former President Ronald Reagan and former President Bush, jump at the chance to exploit these messianic views, that those less evolved, had developed for them as politicians.  Bush gave a speech to Africa, saying he was a God, Regan gave speeches about acting in the name of God and Obama spoke about performing miracles like Jesus by saying he can lower waters, still storms and on and on and on.  People ate this up and this is the reason that the U.S., along with other countries, WILL NOT BE HERE for even 100 more years.  The United States, is on the verge of collapse.  I don't care how much you are in denial and want to shout cliche Patriotic lingo, while waving an American flag......this country is spinning towards its expiration date.

So, don't inject Jesus into anything to do with the U.S. Government and these Wars because your insulting the legacy of Jesus.

Wikipedia Definition:
The Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline (TAP or TAPI) is a proposed natural gas
pipeline being developed by the Asian Development Bank.

The pipeline will transport Caspian Sea natural gas from Turkmenistan
through Afghanistan into Pakistan and then to India once ALL those
living within 50km of the pipeline are killed and their lands stolen
for USA owned multinational corporations.

USA Proponents of the project see it as a modern continuation of the
Silk Road.

The Afghan government is expected to receive 8% of the project's
revenue.if they obey orders and remove ALL Afghan villagers living
near the USA pipeline

History

The original project started by USA agents in March 1995 when an
inaugural memorandum of understanding between the governments of
Turkmenistan and Pakistan for a pipeline project was signed.but the
new government in Afghanistan refused to agree to the USA terms and
were attacked with missiles to kill the leaders who rejected the USA
offer

In August 1996, the Central Asia Gas Pipeline, Ltd. (CentGas)
consortium for construction of a pipeline, led by Unocal was formed.

On 27 October 1997, CentGas was incorporated in formal signing
ceremonies in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan by several international oil
companies along with the Government of Turkmenistan.

In January 1998, the Taliban, selecting CentGas over Argentinian
competitor Bridas Corporation, signed an agreement that allowed the
proposed project to proceed.

In June 1998, Russian Gazprom relinquished its 10% stake in the
project.

Unocal withdrew from the consortium on 8 December 1998.and sent in
CIA and Mossad agents to replace the Afghan government and install a
USA puppet

 
  
The new deal on the pipeline was signed on 27 December 2002 by the
leaders of Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

In 2005, the USA controlled Asian Development Bank based in New
York , submitted the final version of a feasibility study designed by
British company Penspen.for USA and Israel owners

Since the United States military overthrew the Taliban government,
the project has essentially stalled; construction of the Turkmen part
was supposed to start in 2006, but the overall feasibility is
questionable since the southern part of the Afghan section runs
through territory which continues to be under de facto Taliban
control.

 

On 24 April 2008, the USA puppets had been installed in governments
in Pakistan, India and Afghanistan , and they signed a framework
agreement to buy natural gas from Turkmenistan.
 Route

The 1,680 kilometres (1,040 mi) pipeline will run from the Dauletabad
gas field to Afghanistan. From there TAPI will be constructed
alongside the highway running from Herat to Kandahar, and then via
Quetta and Multan in Pakistan. All villagers living in the areas must
be bombed out of existance and the villagers driven away ASAP.

The final destination of the pipeline will be the Indian town of
Fazilka, near the border between Pakistan and India.
 Technical features

The pipeline will be 1,420 millimetres (56 in) in diameter with a
working pressure of 100 atm.[3] The initial capacity will be 27
billion cubic meter (bcm) of natural gas annually of which 2 bcm will
be provided to Afghanistan and 12.5 bcm to both Pakistan and India.
85%will go to the USa provided the othersPAY forany damage caused by
resistance fighters who WILLtarget the pipeline , NO gas or oil will
ever flow while any is owned by any western country

Later the capacity will increase to 33 bcm. Six compressor
stations are to be constructed along the pipeline. The pipeline is
expected to be operational by 2014.

The cost of the pipeline is estimated cost $7.6 billion and if we include the Arabs that we are paying off, it is in the tens of trillions. The
project is to be financed by the USA controlled Asian Development Bank
and be claimed as AID to Afghanistan and Pakistan to help the oil and
gas industry maximize profits.

• Louisiana Native Creole and Producer, Ted Duplessis, is in pre-production on a documentary detailing the struggles of natives in lower Louisiana, and their fight against corruption, pollution, American oil companies and the Levee Board in the state of Louisiana.

Oil Riches-Louisiana gets paid and citizens get the shaft. 

The road to Louisiana oil riches is a long road but isn't as long or as painful as the road traveled by the former residents of Bohemia Louisiana in Plaquemines Parish. The Photo to the left is one of a major oil spill off of La. shores in 90's.

Origins of Louisiana Oil Corruption-101. The Orleans Levee District was created by the Louisiana legislature in 1890 for the purpose of protecting the City of New Orleans from floods. In 1924, the state legislature authorized the levee district's Board of Commissioners ("the levee board") to acquire 33,000 acres of land on the east bank of the Mississippi River about 50 miles south of New Orleans in order to build the Bohemia Spillway between the River and the Gulf of Mexico. 1924 La. Acts 99. Approximately half of this land was public property transferred from the state; the other half was either expropriated or purchased under threat of expropriation from private owners. 1928 La. Acts 246; 1942 La. Acts 311.

1915-The Louisiana Levee Board-started displacing people for construction of a "Spillway" to save New Orleans from floods(we all know how that turned out) but it was a lie and the Levee Board gave the land to the oil companies-there was no Spillway ever built in Bohemia. The Bohemia residents of lower Plaquemines Parish(75 miles South of New Orleans) were left homeless while oil rigs went onto their private property.  This was the start of Americans oil lust and Louisiana's first taste of eminent domain scams on citizens.

1920-For on-shore drilling in federal lands, the Mineral Leasing Act earmarks 37.5% of oil and gas royalties for states where the production occurs.

Hundreds of lower Plaquemines families were broken up, displaced and left homeless to survive in the wilderness of Western Plaquemines-due to the big oil companies, and the blank check given to big oil by the U.S. and Louisiana state government- forcible removing people from their land without any form of compensation.  Many Creoles, Cajuns, African-Native Americans, and Italians were forced to stay with friends and relatives in Western Plaquemines with nothing but the rags that they had on their backs.  Ulla Solomon (an Italian/Jewish Cajun lady)-my great, great grandmother was among the many natives who had their land stole by the oil companies and government without any form of compensation or worry as to how the people would survive.

Ulla Solomon and her Creole husband-took their kids and the last of their money to purchase property from a relative in Western Plaquemines Parish.  Some poorer people of color without any family property in Western Plaquemines lived in trees and the wooded areas in make-shift huts.

There was nothing good, humane, or civilized, when big oil made its entrance into lower Louisiana in 1920.  When it comes to greed and money-there is no such thing as race or class. The Government is willing to murder, steal and displace citizens if it means some oil money goes into their pockets.

1933-First offshore well is drilled in 12 ft. of water off of Creole,La.

(The big oil companies started a campaign of polluting the oyster beds and bayous as to drive hundreds of Creole and Cajun fishermen out of Eastern Plaquemines Parish.  The Government and big oil didn't care if entire families starved to death as long as they could drill off of Creole,La.)

1947-First well is drilled out of sight of land, 12 miles south of Terrebonne Parish.

1953-Congress officially cuts states out of the offshore royalty formula. More than $160 billion has been paid to the Treasury of to sate.

(There was a wave of whites(mostly Southern and working off shore or in the fishing industry) and European immigrants from Yugoslavia(started hitting lower Plaquemines in the mid 1920's and kept immigrating ever since) who got preferential treatment with loans, land and the state government even went as far, as to block Creole/Cajun fishermen from fishing in oyster grounds that they owned and opened them up to the newly arrived immigrant fishermen.  This created hardship on Creoles and Cajuns in lower Louisiana-this ethnic racist Nazi practice devastate the many native fishermen-and the practice is still ongoing today.)

1954 First off shore lease sale.

(This off shore lease also came with promises of displacing hundreds of families-if the oil companies desired the private property.  There was always the corrupt Louisiana judges and politicians who took money from big oil to use eminent domain laws to get their grubby hands on private property-a practice still in effect today in lower Louisiana.)

1976-Congress passes Coastal Energy Impact Assistance Program authorizing $1.2 billion to coastal states, but only $284 million is paid.

1980-The State of Louisiana had practically given lower Louisiana to Big Oil. Pollution was on the rise-and Bohemia descendants had enough of being abused-and circulated a threat of a major civil/criminal action on the state.

The Levee Board-which made billions disappear into bank accounts-still hadn't made good on compensating the victims of Bohemia Spillway.  There was an "unspoken" hope and strategy, that older victims, would simply die off and the next generation would forget the crimes of big oil and the state of Louisiana.  The state wanted citizens to just walk away from their property and the money that it generated.

1984, the Louisiana legislature passed an act ordering the Orleans Levee District to return land it had expropriated in 1924 to build a spillway. The levee district's board of commissioners, however, stalled the return of the property and have until this day fought not to repay mineral royalties that belong to the landowners. In this litigation, the levee district persuaded the district court to dismiss the landowners' constitutional takings claim. We reverse. The district is not immune under the Eleventh Amendment, and the landowners' pleadings state a takings claim.

The land was taken in 1915 and not 1924 as the Louisiana courts are now trying to claim.   The judge also lied about the land mass and maps.  There is no end to the corruption in sight.  The Louisiana court system would like to make a break or divide between the Spillway aspect of the land theft and the oil drilling aspect to use creative accounting in determining the length of time folk's were without their property.

1985-The first citizens of lower Louisiana began suing for compensation and the return of their land.

(Natives of lower Louisiana(Plaquemines Parish)-who have been displaced for almost 40 years-still haven't received a dime for their property that the oil companies are drilling and milking crude oil from.-the natives are having to survive immigration patterns, Hurricanes and mass pollution of the environment by big oil.  Many are working as cleaning people and in low wage jobs just to earn a living. These were once people who made a living off the bayous and bays-but now eating seafood from Louisiana is a ticket to cancer. Sorry to say it but it is true. Natives barely eat the shrimps, crawfish and oysters.)

1986 In a settlement of a La. lawsuit. Congress agreed to give the state 27% royalty revenues 3 to 6 miles offshore and a one time payment of $640 million.

(Long gone are the original settlers of Bohemia and their children but their grand children (now elderly themselves) are in court still trying to collect their payments from the drilling of their land and the destruction of their lives-they are still being dicked around by the U.S. government. The U.S. disenfranchised thousands of native fishermen in lower Plaquemines with a wave of Vietnamese immigrants who were also given preferential treatment in banking, loans, and lower or no taxation which drove more Creole and Cajun fisherman out of business.)

1990 The Breaux Act is passed generating about 400 million for wetland restoring.

1995-African American "Jet" magazine runs a national article detailing the struggle of Plaquemine's African American victims of Bohemia Spillway.  This triggers many corrupt attorneys from New Orleans to start class-action scams.  The attorneys representing large number of blacks were being paid off by the Levee Board as a reward for tricking blacks into signing off on $2,000 & $3,000 settlements.

1998 La. delegations introduce the CARA(Conservation and Reinvestment) ACT to dedicate off shore revenues to wetland rebuilding programs.

(Big Oil along with the greedy lust for oil by the U.S. government has taken a major toll on Louisiana citizens and wetlands.  People are in denial about Global Warming and the environment is in ruins. Lower Plaquemines Parish residents have one of the highest rates of cancer deaths and autism in children-then any where else in the state.  Bohemia Spillway victims are still being shafted-all this money has passed through Louisiana officials hands and not one dime has reached the victims of big oil drilling.)

2000 The C.A.R.A. Act passes in the House but dies in the Senate-when leaders refuse to bring a vote.

James Huey-President of the Louisiana Levee Board cries broke and makes ethnic racist comments about the victims of Bohemia Spillway.  The Plaquemines Parish local paper(Gazette/Watchman) prints letters to the editor regarding Bohemia Spillway corruption, while the New Orleans Times Picayunes paper-provides cover for the Levee Board by refusing to print any letter from a Bohemia Spillway victim.

(President Bush-a busy body, Texan and failed oil tycoon-frauds his way into the White House and starts setting up Louisiana elected officials like Republican Bobby Jindal for higher offices in Louisiana.  This would manifest in the deliberate screw up of Hurricane Katrina, as well as, provide "cover" for land theft in lower Plaquemines and St.Bernard Parish for further oil exploration-they just needed a natural disaster to strike.)

2003 Rep. Billy Tauzin writes revenue sharing into the energy bill, but Congress doesn't pass it.

(Big Oil drilling has focused on Boothville, Buras, Sunrise and Empire-the eminent domain scams are in works to take land from people in western Plaquemines-some are the exact same descendant of Bohemia.  A natural disaster is pending due to the environment and oil surveyors begin circling in lower Plaquemines Parish like vultures. 

After the state of Louisiana, Levee Board and Big Oil stole the land in Bohemia, raped the land and destroyed all of the resources, they returned the land to the families of Bohemia but altered the maps to reduce the original property and still haven't compensated the families for its use.)

2005 A new energy bill commits 540 million to La. state for the next four years.

Hurricane Katrina has struck and the Parish is closed off. The Army Corp of Engineers has moved in to steal land and oil wells are being built on the private property of displaced Katrina victims.  Insurance companies have raised rates and "The Road Home Program" is set up, to pay off only to citizens who indicate that they plan on selling their property to relocate elsewhere, while also discouraging homeowners from rebuilding their homes in lower Southeast Louisiana, by with-holding funds in a legal limbo -which the local media is telling citizens is due to "red tape"  and a "bureaucracy" but in reality they plan on buying up private property from sellers and then giving that property to oil companies-in hopes of generating oil revenue to the state of Louisiana-a move argued for in Congress by freshman Rep. Bobby Jindal and hailed as brilliant by the Time Picayunes.

As recently as last month, citizens of lower Plaquemines Parish, are returning home from FEMA trailer parks only to discover unauthorized oil wells on their private property.  The Army Corp of Engineers wants to place private land owners in hotels while they decide on what land to confiscate.

2006 House and Senate pass different versions of oil revenue bills.  The Levee Board's President -Mike McCrossen wants to avoid paying the victims of Bohemia Spillway by playing the "Katrina" card and hinting to filing bankruptcy in order to milk tax payers out of billions in corporate welfare.  The corporate welfare that airlines used after Sept.11 WTC attack in New Yorks is the exact same welfare scam that Mile McCrossen wants to used to avoid paying out on Bohemia. Gov. Blanco shut the scam down and said, "out of the question!"

11-2006 Levee Board and City Council in New Orleans, agree to pay out 13 million to 50% of the Bohemia victims over four years.

The final payouts are pending the "secret" deal that the state has with big oil-to decide on how much of private property the state can slip by under its citizen's noses by using eminent domain scams. 13 million for 50% will only equal a few thousand of dollars when the oil companies have made billions.  If this settlement goes through Big Oil corruption has won in Louisiana once again along with more access to private property obtained through shady means.  To date, the oil companies and levee board still haven't returned the accurate amount of land that was stolen over 85 years ago.   

Nov. 7th 2006 Republicans loose the House and Senate in the mid-term elections

Dec. 2006-Senate & The House-approves a bill containing off shore royalties

Dec. 2006-Senate approves the House bill containing off shore royalties provision for the state of Louisiana along with three other states.

Dec. 2006-Texan, Republican Billy Nungessor gets sworn into office as Plaquemines Parish president-the son of a Texas Republican who profited from Bohemia Spillway.  Billy Nungessor gives the Army Corp of Engineers free run of the Parish and private property in Western Plaquemines. With over 50% of native Plaquemines residents still displaced-the election was a fraud.

(Victims of Bohemia Spillway haven't been compensated in over 85 years and the cycle of land grabbing by big oil via corrupt judges and eminent domain laws continue for many citizens of lower Plaquemines Parish today.  The attorneys are being held up in court by corrupt judges and corrupt Louisiana agencies. This trend of eminent domain theft, is moving up into Orleans and Jefferson Parish.  Thousands of citizens in Orleans, St.Bernard and Jefferson Parish,will be displaced within the next two to five years.  Anything to do with the "levee" is Louisiana is code word-for land grabs and oil drilling on private property without compensating the owners. Louisiana uses eminent domain to grab private property more than any other state in the union)
