U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. What's their REAL agenda in Louisiana state?

How many Acres of Wetlands, buffers and Mangroves has the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, destroyed and allowed Big Oil companies, in lower Louisiana to destroy?  And NOW they want to protect wetlands all the way up in Alexandria, La.?  Please!

As if there needs to be any more proof, of the fact that the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers is not only tied in with many racist factions in Louisiana state but a group that has to spend 10's of millions, of our tax money, for PR has to be doing something unethical and possibly criminal.

When it comes to destroying wetlands in important Parishes like St.Bernard and Plaquemines(these 2 Parishes are the first line of defense and act as a buffer zone, which USED to protect Louisiana from Hurricanes), the U.S. Army Corp has no problem with allowing habitat to be destroyed by Big Oil and land grabs from citizens but all of a sudden in Alexandria, La-the U.S. Army Corp is concerned and vexed about wetlands being "harmed" because a road development, that would cater to some black folks was about to be built!

Louisiana is my home and I love my home.  Unfortunately Louisiana isn't like Kentucky where Government agencies and law enforcement are staffed with natives of that state, and by people who really care about the people and landmarks of the state.  In Louisiana, we have a trend of allowing ignorant aliens- to staff these agencies and they prey and feed off of the people and often act in unethical and use down right corrupt tactics when going about their business of pleasing Big Oil companies.  These oil companies, destroy and operate in Louisiana state, but they aren't Louisiana companies-therefore they have historically not paid any mind to destroyed habitat, La. wildlife, La. seafood industry and La. property.  The British and Texas oil companies, have dished out hundreds of millions, to miseducate people into thinking that Hurricane Katrina created the Dead Zones in the Gulf and Bayous-but any idiot knows that these "dead zones" were springing up 20 years prior to Hurricane Katrina.  3 years ago, the oil companies officially help to print college level Science books, which state that "dead zones" in La. were created by Hurricane Katrina! Laughable! 

 Why aren't oil companies paying for levees built in a frivolous manner instead of tax payers?  The technology is there, for solid levee systems and we still get levees stuffed with news-paper?

The latest case is from Alexandria, Louisiana.  Some black folks(with some whites) in Alexandria, La have been trying to get a road built but many racist factions in that area, appear to not want Louisiana blacks to have a road without also taking their private property.  This reminds me of H.U.D. and the state of Louisiana tearing down, livable homes, after Katrina, to ensure that blacks would be removed and displaced from the city of New Orleans.  These people are so sadistic, that they didn't care if black kids and babies were left homeless and in strange states.  The tearing down of black homes, came even faster than clean up crews.  The Sugar-house Road project in Alexandria, Louisiana has been halted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on 8-13-09.

The U.S. Army Corp is doing in Alexandria,La what they have been doing in Plaquemines for decades-this foolish and corrupt trend of declaring an area unlivable and then pushing for a land grab of private property!  Sounds like Bohemia Spillway-all over again!

The Army Corp of Engineers is citing the protection of wetlands (in Central Louisiana) as why the housing project can not be built and blacks are upset.  What makes the U.S. Army Corp so suspect and proving that they operate from racist angles-is the fact that they have no second-thoughts about tearing down wetlands, where we really need them, in Plaquemines and St.Bernard Parish.  These areas are the protecting Parish for New Orleans and other areas on the East-Central side of Louisiana state.

The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, allowed millions of acres of wetlands to be destroyed and even helped to claim land, declare flood plains-so that Big OIl could come in and destroy even more wetlands along the coastal regions of Louisiana state!  It is absurd and ludicrous to pretend that they are worried about wetlands in Alexandria, La (a well nestled Central city, not sitting on any storm coast) but along the most important regions, this "We Must Protect the Wetlands" motto doesn't seem to apply to Plaquemines and St.Bernard Parish.  How strange.  The entire Gulf coast, including FLorida is a flood plain and has been like this since Native American dominance but there appears to be special declared flood zones in St.Bernard, Plaquemines and La Fourche Parish-that makes insurance so expensive, that people are priced off their land.

It simply makes no sense, and if something doesn't make sense in Louisiana, it usually means corruption mixed in with some form of racism or class-ism against rural Louisiana folks of all skin colors.  Evidently, if your black, rural, lower middle class or blue collar and live onBayous and Bays-your seen as a second class citizen in La. state and have no constitutional rights!

Army Corp of Engineers working for Big Oil?-Another Corrupt American Agency. by N. Duplessis

The United States is on the road to no where.

Update: 03/24/07 Some residence of lower Louisiana have put in numerous calls to the Army Corp. of Engineers regarding land theft and newly-supposedly "rebuilt" lower lying levees and the office has been instructed to direct citizens to a ph.#-that is a basic bullshit answering machine. No calls are being returned and therefore, they are asking for a class action. Not one involving a Louisiana crooked, scam attorney on Poydras street in New Orleans but one involving Amnesty International and the ACLU against lower Louisiana.

The levee system. These endless mounds of mud and cement, which are supposed to protect people from deluges of water. People may not realize, being that Americans are so trusting of their government and act like low I.Q. idiots-but the Army Corp of Engineers was designed to act as an organized crime ring-to monopolize oil drilling permits for big oil companies.  The Army Corp of Engineers has no knowledge of building levees.  The real goal of this organization is to provide permits to enable oil drilling.  That sums up the Corp of engineers in a nut shell.  It only takes 2 minutes for any American to investigate the motives of this agency.  Information is out there but Americans have an allergic reaction to truth and reading.

I really do think that American citizens prefer to be lied to about the government and this country. We have all of this pro-American propaganda about this being the greatest country on the Earth, in the solar system in the entire Universe and well....that's just not the case.  Americans are subjected to more media propaganda than any other country. The same corruption that is in Mexico, El Salvador, Sudan, Iraq, Russia, Peru is the same corruption that drives the U.S.A.  We don't even have fair elections in this country!  The judges are all appointed and financed by corporations-so forget about getting help from the courts,  They always side with corporations.  The big oil companies-own every last one of the judges that Bush has appointed to the Supreme Court.  There have been people in lower Louisiana who have been left homeless, due to big oil pollution and the courts just keep siding with the American corporations.  There is no voice for the average American citizen.  There is no protection of rights and civil liberties.  I don't care what the talking heads on television say-but until your day comes, when you have to take on an American corporation, corrupt politicians or big oil-you cant imagine the greed and evil of certain elements which make up the United States of America.  It is very, very real and very, very disgusting. Nancy Pelosi has thrown corrupt. New Orleans African-American idiot-(D)William Jefferson-on the board of Homeland Security.  Corrupt elected officials, in the government and media-all cover for one another at the peril of citizens.  Just because the government and media says that the U.S. is good and isn't corrupt-doesn't make it true or reality.  These people will have us believe that the levees in Louisiana weren't sabotage and no one will conduct and investigation.  I understand why cable-talking heads hate the Internet and citizens who blog.  They hate the fact that citizens can log onto a computer and find out what life is like for citizens in other parts of America.  Media makes up stories but you cant argue with someone's life.  If you see the government blowing up a levee in the middle of a rain storm or unauthorized oil drilling being done on the property of a displaced family in lower Louisiana, then it is hard to convince the people that their eyes are playing tricks on them.  It gets hard to keep waving a red, white and blue piece of fabric shouting-"God Bless America"-from the mountain top. It gets very hard to give a dam when the V.P. of America almost gets blown up.  I mean-I just really do not have time to care about these ultra-rich and corrupt elected officials.  They do not care if we drown-as long as Haliburton can bring in Mexicans and charge Americans 500 billion for a New Orleans street clean up! They do not care if we go from a 2 story home to a FEMA trailer park for 2 years. They do not care if Chevron oil takes private property through a corrupt judge sitting in a corrupt American court room. Why in the world should any citizens care if Dick Cheney gets blown up?  I want to be William Jefferson of New Orleans-a slow, dimwitted black Congress person who keeps 90,000.00 in a freezer and then gets promoted to another corrupt American agency.  Our elected officials have the good life.  I want to get into the U.S. government and then use the entire might and trust of America to make myself rich!

Don Powell, Bush's coordinator for the Gulf Coast recovery-is always saying how the government is making progress and blowing his own horn but what they say and do are two different things.  The local media provides cover for the corruption.  Bush is in town making his promises but behind close doors he is driving folks from their homes for big oil and no one in the so called political investigative media-will make the links or tell the entire story.

After Hurricane Katrina, not only did the U.S. government fail to repair the levee system properly but they also built levees lower and wider-in an obvious attempt to steal private property.  Any native of Louisiana, who grew up around levees, knows that the post-Katrina levees are weaker and taking up more land.  How convenient for the corrupt U.S. government officials of this land.  These are very, bad people who do not give a dam about the well being of the citizens of America.  They are business people who have the power-to create these so called government agencies as a cover for their own greedy, corrupt agendas.  The Dept. of homeland security couldn't investigate a credit report from Trans union.  The head of Home Land Security isn't in the U.S. protecting us from "Terrorism"-he is in Mexico making business deals for President Bush.  What more do Americans need to see?   How stupid are the citizens of this country.  During Hurricane Katrina-a fraction of the people had to be saved by a Canadian force.  The U.S. government couldn't or wouldn't get their act together and a foreign government -came all the way into the deep South of the U.S. and did the job for our elected officials. What else is their to say?

If you drive south of New Orleans-one will see the Army Corp of Engineers-sitting on their corrupt, fat asses-drawing up blueprints on how to use the dept. to take private property. The levees in Plaquemines parish are being rebuilt in a lower, weaker fashion.  If I walk on my land in Louisiana-all I see is a lower, flatter levee that has been moved to eat up my property without providing any protection from water. The levee system is inferior to the pre-Katrina levees.  This is why folks are leaving and giving up their land to corporations.  Americans are wimps who pretend that the government can not be questioned. The Army Corp is saying the levees are equal to pre-Katrina levels but this isn't the case. When you grew up along side a Mississippi river levee system-you can see that they are consulting big oil companies, who drill in the bayous-about how to rebuild the levee system.  President Bush, big oil and the Army Corp of Engineers do not think that it is in their best financial interest to have a secure, strong levee system.  Any native can eye this post-Katrina levee system and see that the intention is to not protect the people from a natural disaster but to allow the people to remain vulnerable, in hopes of driving people from their homes.  Plaquemines Parish, is ground zero, in corruption.  The Corp of Engineers have built lower levees but have extend the levees to trespass on folk's private property.  It wouldn't be an issue if they made the levees stronger and higher but this isn't the case.  The U.S. government has found a perfect cover to get private property from citizens who are already struggling.  The levees are a front for these capitalist pigs who have hijacked America. 

The current Senators and Congress-people refuse to get educated on these matters.  They just read reports-put out by the CEO's of the Army Corp of Engineers and think that their job is done!  This is how America is run.  There's no one educated on anything except Stem Cell research and campaign financing.  The main concerns of the elected officials is money for their bank accounts.   The Dept. of Homeland Sec. and Army Corp of Engineers-has full knowledge that they have blank checks to pursue any form of corruption due to the fact that they set the law and the government takes their word for everything regarding so called-terrorist threats and the levee system.

I invite-any lazy, dumb, ignorant American elected officials-to get off your fat butts and look at the levees post-Katrina.  There is no person, in their right mind, with an I.Q. over 90-who can not see that the Corp. of Engineers is working for big oil.  Levees are smaller and weaker-post Katrina but they just happen to take up more private property.  America and all of it's government dept. are wearing their profit-driven corruption on their sleeves.  The learning curve for the U.S. elected officials and public-is so slow that it can take fifty years before people catch onto what is really happening in their own back yards.  If you call the Army corp of Engineers-they realize how dumb our elected officials are and basically dare anyone to question their agendas or science.  The Gov. of Louisiana-Kathleen Blanco-has studied in Europe on the right way to build a levee but so far, she hasn't uttered a word at these lower-to the ground-and more child-like dirt mounts (not even worthy of being called a levee)-that are being built in Louisiana after Katrina.  No one is stating the fact that people in America-are allowed to die for the profits of big oil! There is no debate about this anymore.  There is no more arguments to be made on this subject.  The U.S. government-in its current state-is corrupt and driven by greed.  The underlying motives of every single thing under President Bush is do with his money and contracts for oil.  It isn't just in Iraq where America is killing for oil-it started in Louisiana before Americans even knew how to spell Iraq.  The U.S government has been hijacked by a few corrupt-good ole boy business men-who have manage to get into some very, very high places and the it needs to stop. The citizens will not have an America left-if the current government agencies and Bush aren't stopped.  Who really investigates the Dept. of Homeland Sec., Levee Corp of Engineers, and FEMA?  These are very, very bad and ineffective agencies-which do some very, very bad things to citizens. I invite any European engineer-to come on my land-look at these new levees and then go back and tell Europe how stupid and corrupt America has become as a country. You can use all my land-and build an observation lab.  Stay as long as you want-and witness these inferior structures. Witness this typical American Micky Mouse act by the government.  Witness how the government has milked tax payers out of billions in the name of Homeland Sec. and Army Corp of Engineers-where security guards have salaries of $60,000 and the citizens get bullshit.

There is a history of the U.S. government, state officials and big oil-thinking of ways to steal private property for big oil drilling in this region.  Republican Congressman-and Bush appointed-Bobby Jindal gets a kick back, Parish judges and presidents-as well as President Bush.  People of lower Louisiana are in fear due to the ineffective levee system.  The U.S. government will drown people without a second thought-if it will allow them to drill on private property without compensating the owners.  This is the game of lower Louisiana and everything can be expected to fall in line with this corruption.  People bitch and moan about Ray Nagin of New Orleans-his corruption can not even come close to some of these other characters in this area.  People should not be fooled by that PR stunt of Bobby Jindal getting some oil revenue thrown his way.  That was a stunt by President Bush, Jindal and big oil-and as a result-we have a levee system that can not protect us from a simple rain storm.  I apologize for breaking the new to people who cant wrap their minds around the fact that we are run by a corrupt government. Sorry, that the New York Times will not report on it and therefore you just can't believe that your red, white blue flag can be used to wipe your own ass.  That's what Bush does every night-wipes his ass with the American flag and he's some kind of commander and chief? Get out of denial people about the United States of America.  If the Statute of Liberty smiles-I bet that she has rotten teeth.

Can Venezuelan leader, Hugo Chavez, run the United States oil production in a more humane manner?  Already the U.S. government has to be monitored during elections by a Venezuelan company so what about the oil drilling?  He for sure can take care of America's poor people better than the U.S. government and in many cases he already has helped America's poor.   While the U.S. government has allowed energy companies to price gouge poor communities-particularly in FEMA section of Louisiana and minority areas of New Orleans. Hugo C. comes into America and gives free gas for heating in a harsh, post global warmed Earth with harsh weather mood swings.  The United States government-does everything in such an inhumane and sadistic fashion and then lies about this to the world and its own people.   

Hugo Chavez is using his oil profits to help the people of his country.  Nigeria imports foreign workers and keeps its people impoverished and the United States is the force behind Nigeria's sadistic habits but they keep it secret.  The United States should learn form Venezuela but appears to be worse than Nigeria.  The U.S. government is so corrupt and so controlled by big oil that it has allowed oil companies to destroy the lives of American citizens.   Oil companies can easily drill and give back to the community that they drill in but in America this is not the case.

Why can't an oil company and the U.S. government stop stealing land? Why must they destroy every single living thing just to drill for oil?  Why are Americans so dam ignorant about things outside of their small little worlds? They need to open up Alaska for drilling and get the hell out of the Gulf. All of these environmental groups who are protecting Alaska wilderness forget that lower Louisiana has living, red blooded people who are being treated like animals for America's oil CEO's and Bush to line their pockets with more billions. Americans do not care about the people in lower Plaquemines who sacrifice their lives, have high cancer rates, deal with pollution and fight court battles due to the U.S. government/Big Oil stealing property.  All Americans want to do is drive their SUV's and sit on their fat asses.  Americans are arm chair activist-who want to whine about opening up Alaska but not one of them take the time to learn about how drilling in Louisiana has destroyed families.  Do they care?  No one lives in Alaska.(only in concentrated areas)  California doesn't want any drilling in that state but the residence of California are some of the most entitled people in the world!  They feel entitled to their SUV's and entitled to their illegal labor that is straining more resources. There are rolling black outs in California due to the state leaving the Mexico/San Diego boarder open. Too many people live in that state who are undocumented and using gas, electric and oil. Senator Boxer and Feinstein of California are the two most entitled Senators in all the land. They want oil and illegals but do not want their state to pay its price.

Why should the folks of lower Louisiana sacrifice for Americans who do not care and a government that is inhumane?  Why must everything to do with the U.S. government/Big Oil be done in such a careless manner?  The United States government is on the wrong side of this oil issue and has always been wrong.  Hugo Chavez does more for his people in one day than what the U.S. government has done in eighty years of oil exploration.  The U.S. government and Big Oil has driven thousands of Americans from their homes in the name of oil profits and have polluted entire sections of Louisiana.  Americans have to be retarded to eat seafood imported from the Gulf of Mexico.  There's huge dead zones due to the greed of America for oil money.

The U.S. should be applauding Hugo Chavez.  I applaud him and would love to outline Louisiana's Bohemia Spillway. (the U.S. government stole land from America citizens for oil drilling, left them homeless in lower Louisiana, made billions and hasn't paid out one thin dime in JUST compensation)  Instead of U.S. lawmakers attempting to escape their responsibilities by pressuring Berlin to open some Holocaust file or worrying about if women in Afghanistan can wear micro-mini skirts-they should pressure the oil companies and state of Louisiana to compensate the victims of Bohemia Spillway.  The U.S. government needs to clean up its own house before invading someone else's home.

There would have never been a Bohemia Spillway scam under Hugo Chavez.  The U.S. government/big oil in America is dirty so I can only imagine what they are doing Iraq, Africa, Latin America when it comes to getting their greedy, grubby paws on other folk's wealth and oil.  Everything that Americans think doesn't happen in the United States(even after Katrina some Americans are still ignorant about certain things)-happens in this country due to oil greed.  Folks are forced to live in the wilderness.  Folks are killed and families destroyed all in the name of oil drilling and all located within the boarders of the United States of America.

Oil does something to the U.S. government that is very nasty indeed.  Since the oil companies have started up in the 1920's the U.S. government has been acting like corrupt, third world, greedy Nazis.   Sorry to break it to Americans but that is the God honest truth.  Hugo Chavez, no matter what the  American media says, is not worse and more inhumane than the U.S. government and our own oil based companies. 

The bottom line is that the United States oil system has blood on it and Venezuelan oil is just.....cleaner.  If telling the truth about the experience of Americans makes someone anti-America then the United States should stop giving people these experiences and no one can run their mouths.  Until the U.S. lines its actions with its world propaganda of democracy and freedom-then it will continue to be viewed as a two-faced country of corruption and power hungry criminals.
